As web designers, we love good tech. But too many tools = chaos!
Ask yourself:

Do I really need this?

Does this tool make my life easier, or more complicated?
One CRM, one project tracker, one email tool. That’s often enough!
⏳ 3. Time-block like a boss
This changed everything for me. Instead of jumping my focus between client work, invoicing, emails, and marketing, I split my work sessions into clear blocks:

Client projects

Admin and accounts

Content and promo
-
Catch-ups or buffer time
You get more done. It gets done well because you’re not brain-fried from jumping between different tasks constantly. You feel less scattered!

Simplifying isn’t just about removing things. It’s about making space for more of what actually works well, for you!
